Series S9736 FFT-CCDs utilize MPP mode of operation to achieve dark current of 10 e-/pixel/s at 0°C, readout noise of 4 e-rms, and dynamic range of 75,000. Covering spectral response range of 400-1,100 nm, series achieves Quantum Efficiency of 39% at 660 nm. It features 512 x 512 pixel format with pixel size of 24 x 24 mm, achieving 100% fill factor. Four-stage TE-cooled element is built into housing so sensors can be cooled down to -70°C using forced air cooling. Read More
