Rated with 600 V blocking voltage, units provide isolation between dc and ac voltages on 120 and 240 Vac lines. Model VO3053 requires maximum trigger current of 5 mA to latch output, and VO3052 requires maximum current of 10 mA. Devices are offered in 6-pin DIP package.

Designers can choose from trigger currents of 1.6, 2, or 3 mA, simplying interface to logic circuits, as well as blocking voltages of 400 or 600 V. Encased in 6-pin DIP, units feature reinforced insulation per IEC60950 2.10.5.1.

Both families have trigger currents of 1.6 mA and are suited for switching ac loads and driving larger SCRs or TRIACs in industrial applications.
