Electroless Nickel Plating Service meets strict requirements.

Epner Technology, Inc.
Greenpoint, NY 11222
Jun 05, 2008 NADCAP-certified electroless nickel plating meets MIL-C-26074D, ASTM B-656 and B-733, AMS 2404 and 2405, as well as aerospace contractor specs for corrosion resistance, hardness, and lubricity. With .001 in. thick deposit, it is available in high-phosphorous electroless nickel for dip brazed aluminum heat exchangers. Laser nickel, also available, offers .008 in. thick pit-free electroless deposit designed for optical polishing.

May 23, 2007 Resistant to abrasion and chemicals, optically clear LensGuard coatings are suited for use on polycarbonate, CR-39, and other polymeric substrates used in ophthalmic industry. Series includes 5 tintable and 5 non-tintable coatings. Products protect against scratches to promote longevity of lenses and will not peel or flake off under normal wear and tear. Also, formula facilitates cleaning of smudges and smears from surface.

Anti-Fog Coatings are designed for plastic lenses/windows.

May 23, 2007 Vueguard® 931-AF, 932-AF, and 933-AF allow display lenses or windows to withstand increased levels of moisture and heat without fogging. Along with abrasion resistance and optical clarity, these solvent based, UV-curable coatings exhibit degree of surface slip that facilitates surface cleaning. Vueguard 931-AF is suited for gauges and lenses, and all fog-resistant coatings suit applications such as marine, appliances, aerospace, and equipment indicating units.

Oct 06, 2006 Designed to optimize LCD visual experience, UV Polymer Optical Bonding permanently affixes variety of substrates, including acrylic or glass, to LCD panels up to 46 in. Substrate thickness is typically 1-10 mm. Bonding options include antireflective- and antiglare-coated glass for sunlight readability, ITO glass to minimize EMI emissions, touch screens, and acrylic vandal shields. Process offers truly permanent, defect-free adhesion to LCD.

Aug 09, 2005 DigiVU OVD is applied to metallic substrates and is activated by laser source to form hologram-type image, enabling manufacturers to communicate brand identity and keep it secure from counterfeiters. Chemistry can also be added to Masterbatch in polymer coating over metal, guaranteeing absolute image permanence and resistance to abrasion. Once substrate is treated with DigiVU, image does not have to be activated until end of production process for extra security.

Feb 14, 2003 No. 3000-SI Al+SiO2 optical coating is optimized for maximum UV reflectance with greater than 89% reflectance from 250–300 nm, and broadband reflectance of 200–700 nm. Coating survives mil-spec adhesion and temp/humidity cycling and is more durable than conventional UV Al+MgF2 coatings. It is suited for N2 laser use and for analytical applications that require stability and UV-VIS reflectance. Coating can be cleaned using recommended solvents and procedures.
