TECHSPEC® Broadband Polarizing Cube Beamsplitters split randomly polarized beams into 2 orthogonal, linearly polarized components. Suited for variety of broadband applications, they offer transmission of greater than 90% for P-polarized light and 90° angle of reflection for S-polarized light across entire wavelength range. Beamsplitters are available in sizes of 5, 10, 20, and 25 mm in both VIS (420-680 nm) and NIR (700-1100 nm) versions.

Optimized for Second Harmonic Generation microscopy, Short-Wave-Pass Dichroic Beamsplitter suits multiphoton fluorescence imaging using femtosecond NIR laser. Filter has low group delay dispersion for minimized pulse broadening to allow deep sample penetration; 100 fs laser pulse broadens by less than 1% after reflection off filter. With controlled polarization dependence, unit maintains linear polarization for reflected laser light and transmitted signal light.

Featuring multilayer anti-reflection coating to minimize back reflections, TECHSPEC(TM) Elliptical Plate Beamsplitters are available in 1.0 mm thick model for ultra-tight spaces or 3.0 mm thick version with surface accuracy of ¼ wave. Elliptical-shaped Plate Beamsplitters fit into circular apertures when oriented or mounted at 45°. They have 50% transmission/50% reflection ratio and are offered for visible spectrum and near-infrared in variety of sizes.
