Offered in steel as standard, Simplex, Duplex, and Triplex Sprockets come in both plain and bossed versions with 8-125 teeth. Stainless steel sprockets are also available for those applications that require it and range in size from 9.53-25.4 mm. Units are bossed Simplex versions with Duplex and Triplex available on request. Available for sprockets, Simplex, Duplex, and Triplex chains can be ordered in any length to meet customer's requirements.

Made of polyurethane, REDCO(TM) Snap It 750 offers abrasion and wear resistance. Unit is available for H-78, H-130, C-188, and 81X chains and is compatible with split hubs and a-plates. All hub bores are finished to size with running clearances and grease fitting. Designed to fit any 9-15 tooth a-plate, sprocket causes no chain or shaft wear.

Manufactured of 300 Series clear-passivated stainless steel, .1475 pitch A 6X 7-14 Series operates with single strand ladder-chain types as well as with miniature chains. Series, comprised of 17 models, is available with pitch diameters from .340-2.255 in., ODs from .392-2.307 in., and bore diameters from .0937-.250 in. Sprocket widths range from 11/32-13/32 in., and hubs contain tapped hole for set-screw retention of sprocket onto shafts.

Lubrication-free sprockets include idler-, stock-, drive bore, ball bearing idler, and bore with keyway and set-screw types. |
