V-belt and round belt pulleys, blind- and through-bore idlers, sheaves, rollers, and roll end bearings are made from various plastics, dependent upon desired wear characteristics. With functionally equivalent to metal parts, they produce less noise due to lack of ball bearings. Custom components can include hubs, key ways, grooves, and additional requirements.

Jul 18, 2002 LPB integrated geared pulley drive system is available in sizes from 70 to 120 mm with ratios of 1:1, 3:1, 5:1, and 10:1. Gearbox has flange output, allowing it to be nested inside pulley, eliminating need for right angle gearbox, couplings and/or additional bearings. LPB design increases radial load capacity associated with belt and pulley applications, greatly increasing output bearing life.

Split-sheaves allow larger sheaves to fit through smaller manhole openings. All components are permanently attached to shackle, eliminating concern about loose or lost parts. Underground and aerial shackles are available. Underground shackle has moveable anti-pinch pin to accommodate all 3 sheave sizes.
