Motor Inverter offers high energy efficiency mode.

Motor Inverter offers high energy efficiency mode.

AC Technology Corp.    Uxbridge, MA 01569 2001
May 07, 2010 Suited for intralogistic applications/general mechanical engineering, 8400 motec mounts directly on motor and covers power ranges from 0.37-1.5 kW. In VFC eco mode, it adjusts magnetizing current to actual load requirements to optimize energy efficiency. Unit also includes color-coded, illuminated area on surface for visible diagnostics in field or from different mounting positions. Operation and diagnostics are handled by L-force Engineer software.

Power Sections are lined with UltraFlex® 114 elastomer.

Power Sections are lined with UltraFlex® 114 elastomer.

R & M Energy Systems    Houston, TX 77060
Apr 21, 2009 Moyno® Even Rubber Thickness(ERT(TM)) 2 7/8 in. power sections are lined with UltraFlex® 114 elastomer to provide fluid compatibility and resistance to explosive decompression. High power outputs are achieved by applying even thickness of rubber to one-piece stator, and steel reinforcement of stator's lobes promotes quality of rotor/stator seal during operation and also compensates for loss of elastomer strength that occurs at high temperatures and when exposed to chemicals.

Motor-Mount Connectors target wind power turbines.

TE Connectivity Ltd.    Berwyn, PA 19312
Dec 01, 2008 Equipped with nickel-plated steel locking lever and interface seal for IP65 protection, HM.16 Connectors feature size 6 form factor, cast-aluminum housing that accepts various inserts from HTS industrial connector family. Mounting footprint can be adjusted to fit motor's dimensions, up to 140 x 140 mm. Range of inserts include high-current/voltage circuits covering 150 A/250 A/5,000 V, 1 to 25-position power and control signal inserts, coax, Twinax, and Ethernet.

Ground Fault Monitor offers mid-shaft mounting option.

Accumetrics Associates Inc.    Schenectady, NY 12305
Oct 01, 2008 Designed to continuously chart ground fault severity, EFREM Earth Fault Resistance Monitor provides predictive maintenance condition monitoring. Digital wireless telemetry unit indicates fault location for diagnosis and repair, and provides alarm relay outputs that can be used to activate warnings or shut down machines. Using 2-piece wrap-around metal collar with embedded telemetry electronics, mounting system can be clamped mid-shaft to gather data in real-time from working motor or generator.

Cooling Tower Motors handle hostile environments.

Emerson Specialty Motor Div., Emerson Electric Co.    St. Louis, MO 63136
May 29, 2002 Epact and NEMA Premium(TM) cooling tower duty replacement motors operate in extreme humidity conditions and corrosive environments. Motors have double-sealed bearings, potted leads, bearing caps on 280 Frame and above, heavy gasketed conduit box and cover, sealed lead openings, sealed bracket-to-frame registers, and umbrella-type seal for shaft-up mounting. Motors are available in 2 to 100 hp. They meet NEMA part 31 and help customers meet ASHRAE 90.1 standards.
