Featuring Gleason gearing, PowerGear Models 360 and 450 measure 360 mm³ and 450 mm³ with 75 mm and 90 mm diameter drive shafts and torque transmission of 3,750 and 6,600 Nm, respectively. Both lubricated-for-life units are available with 6 gear ratios up to 5:1 and each design has solid and hollow shaft variants with up to 4-way shaft configurations. Fretting-free torque transfer is provided using friction locked fit between shaft and bevel gear.

Series S1VS05M, S1VS08M, and S1VS10M are 0.5, 0.8, and 1 Module 303 stainless steel spur gears with 20° pressure angle and Fairloc® integral hub fastener, which eliminates marred shafts. Fairloc® hub permits frequent phase adjustment, as well as timing and position adjustment while adding positive metal-to-metal fastening strength along hub sections. Units are stocked in sizes from 9-102 mm in diameter with 14-120 teeth and fit 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 mm dia shafts.
