Harmonic Planetary(R) HPG Series incorporates ring gear design that reduces backlash to less than 1 arc-min for life of gearhead. Unit is available in both flange output and shaft output configurations. Flange is supported by cross roller bearing, which provides low run-out and high concentricity. Applications include packaging, automation, and machine tools.

Jan 30, 2002 MRP all-planetary, low-backlash, servo-grade gearheads are available in 1 or 2 stages with ratios up to 100:1. Five sizes are offered: MRP-050, 070, 090, 120 and 155, which range from 2 to 6.1 in. square. Backlash specification is 10 to 15 arc-mins max depending upon gearhead size and number of gear stages. MRP round body gearhead has tapped holes in face of output shaft end, and square flange on motor input end. |

Dec 13, 2001 PS Series Flange Output (PSF) and Shaft Output (PSS) gearheads and actuators feature zero-backlash and high torque of harmonic drive gearing. They are available with range of input options and offer flexible integration allowing use with most servo or stepper motors. Units provide positional accuracy of less than 1 arc min and transmit torque loads up to 2900 in-lb. Ratios are available ranging from 50:1 to 160:1, with output speeds up to 90 rpm. |
