During installation, individual side links of Murrplastik (MP) 52.2 PowerLine and MP 82.2 HeavyLine chains are assembled angled to each other. After one short turn, distinct click signals that pieces have engaged properly. To disengage, side links are turned back to each other and levered apart with screwdriver. Chains feature heavy-duty connection between frame bridge and side wall, and frame bridge can be removed by unscrewing locks, without any risk of injury, using screwdriver.

Developed for indoor/outdoor cranes as well as conveyor systems, System P4 exhibits minimal noise and wear at high speeds - even with loads up to 20 lb/ft. There is almost no weight limit due to center links, and each link has same pitch to minimize vibration in radius. Tested outdoors at speeds to 23 fps over distances of 400 ft, carriers have plastic bridges and grooves along surface so that upper run glides smoothly over lower run. Plastic rollers are firmly integrated into sides.

LeviChain system integrates iron content into Energy Chain®, which is placed between 2 attracting magnetic rails. Insulation and jacket are made from flexible, anti-abrasive thermoplastic polymer containing fire retardants. Non-porous TPE outer jacket also provides chemical resistance. With temperature range of -31 to +212°F, Chainflex CF.INI Cables come with straight or right angle connectors. Over-molded, thermal-plastic connector body is sealed to prevent intrusion of water.
