May 02, 2008 Providing adjustable tip temperatures from 175-1,100°F, bench-top V36G Series industrial-grade soldering stations come with detachable stands and dross collection sponges. Featuring Ni-chrome compression wound heating elements, 100% encased in steel, and iron clad copper tips, they provide quick recovery times for soldering multiple joints and overcoming high heat sinking properties. Models with 20, 40, and 60 W power come with 1/8, 3/16, and ¼ in. dia tips, respectively.

Mar 17, 2005 Series II RD-500 offers Dual-Point Auto Profiling, which provides closed-loop temperature control between top of component and ball/pad junction to minimize thermal delta. Three-point heating system includes localized hot gas top heater, localized hot gas bottom heater, and infrared area heater. Two-point cooling system consists of integrated cooling fan and top and/or bottom local nozzles that blow cool air. Side-inspection video system for monitoring process is optional.

Apr 08, 2002 Operating on 120 Vac, soldering station permits use of 2 irons, each with its own independent temperature setting. Tip temperature is electronically controlled with temperature range of 100 to 850 deg F. Push-button temperature control with LED readout displays temperature settings and tip temperature, and power base's housing prevents ESD damage. It comes with one 3-wire power cord, and measures 6 1/2 in. L x 4 1/2 in. W x 4 in. H.
