Based on 3 Point Method for testing bend strength, substrate measured more than 700 Mpa, with modulus of elasticity rated at 335 GPa. Bulk density tests out at 4.35 g/cmł. Supplied as dry powder, Ceramacast 510 is bonded using calcium aluminate and as-cast. Its dried density is 180 lbs/ft^3, and it exhibits exceptional thermal conductivity and dielectric strength of 75-100 volts/mil. It cures in 24 hours at room temperature. |
