PET Crystallizing System provides automated operation.

PET Crystallizing System provides automated operation.

Sly Process Systems, LLC    Strongsville, OH 44136
Sep 13, 2011 Super Duty PET crystallizing system consists of agitated crystallizing hopper, electric or gas air heater configured to deliver required heating BTU, and optional cyclone dust collector. System monitors level and temperature of resin in top of hopper and automatically regulates speed at which material moves through hopper to ensure every pellet or flake is crystallized before discharge. Generally, system will automatically compensate for variations in process without operator intervention.

Chewy Candy Production Line eliminates cooking stage.

Robert Bosch GmbH    Waiblingen D-71332  Germany
May 04, 2011 Featuring BDK 2000 A continuous dosing system and BZK 1000 B crystallizer, Chewy Candy Production Line produces sugar-glucose syrup solution without water. TurboMixx mixing system achieves homogenous mix by dissolving sugar into glucose syrup. For dosing precision, line includes gravimetric system with load cells and flow meter. Subsequent dissolving process in Rapidsolver heat exchanger guarantees crystal-free solution, which also allows production to be stopped/started without product loss.

Parallel Crystallizer is suited for pharmaceutical industry.

Avantium Technologies    The Netherlands   Netherlands
Feb 02, 2009 Used for studying crystallization processes, Crystalline gives scientists access to information on drug candidates when only limited amount of sample is available, such as early in development cycle. Bench chemists can use in-situ analytics on milliliter scale: visualization through vial (on-board cameras and particle analysis software) and real-time Raman spectroscopy. Overhead stirring and refluxing capabilities are standard, and system can be customized.

Crystallizer produces high copolymer polyesters.

Crystallizer produces high copolymer polyesters.

Hosokawa Bepex Corporation    Minneapolis, MN 55413-2810
Jul 31, 2002 Under Water Crystallizer is designed for continuous, large-scale processing of sticky, slow-to-crystallize copolymer pellets that tend to agglomerate between glass transition point and final crystallization point. Water provides heat transfer and promotes uniform heating of pellets while lubricating pellets to keep them from sticking or agglomerating.
