Consisting of water-dispersed, aluminum-phosphate binder, Ceramabind™ 542 is suited for hardening and sealing porous refractories and thermal spray coatings. Inert, electrically and chemically resistant material will not outgas in ultra high vacuum. It is formulated to viscosity of 40-50 cP with 40.0-45.0% solids content by weight and specific gravity of 1.47 g/cc. Applied by brush, spatula, spray gun, or syringe, product cures fully in 1 hr at 700°F or in-situ during equipment operation.

Suited for casting, potting, and encapsulating, 20-3652 adheres to metals, ceramics, and plastics. Dielectric grade epoxy features Shore D hardness of 88, tensile strength of 9,000 psi, flexural strength of 15,000 psi, and operating temperature range of -65 to +160°C. When cured with Catalyst No. 190 and Catalyst No. 105, resin system meets NASA's outgassing requirements.

Potting, encapsulating, and casting resin 20-2121 consists of 2-component, room temperature curing system that will cushion sensitive electronic components. With toxicity level that reduces employee exposure to dangerous chemicals, moisture-resistant compound imparts minimal stress on components during cure or thermal cycling. Characteristics include 2,000 psi tensile strength, 80 Shore A Hardness, and respective viscosities of 14,000 and 800 cps @ 25°C for Polyol and Isocyanate.

Fused silica-based Ceramacast(TM) 645N is suited for encapsulating small ceramic and metal housings used in high temperature devices such as flow meters, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors to 3,000°F. Product offers dielectric strength of 300 V/mil, compressive strength of 7,000 psi, and chemical resistance. Supplied in powder form, compound is mixed with water and sets at room temperature in less than 8 hr. It contains no asbestos or VOCs.
