Nov 16, 2005 Fused silica-based Ceramacast(TM) 645N is suited for encapsulating small ceramic and metal housings used in high temperature devices such as flow meters, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors to 3,000°F. Product offers dielectric strength of 300 V/mil, compressive strength of 7,000 psi, and chemical resistance. It may be used in temperatures to 600°F, adhering to metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics.
