Aug 11, 2005 Flexco® R9S Scalloped Edgeâ„¢ Fasteners feature 8-rivet attachment for high-tension belts with mechanical fastener ratings up to 2,000 PIW. Stamped from 0.135 in. 300 series stainless steel, units accommodate belt thicknesses from 15/32–1 in. running on conveyors with minimum end-pulley diameter of 42 in. Fasteners grip belt end between top and bottom plates, are 1½ in. wide and joined at one end by 2 hinge loops sized to accept 5/8 or 3/4 in. dia hinge pins.

Oct 28, 2003 Clipper® Duralinkâ„¢ and DuraStainlessâ„¢, for wire-hook splices, feature nylon coating that provides 10x more abrasion resistance compared to nylon-covered pins. Coating lubricity reduces wear on inner radius of fastener loops. Duralink pins, with coating extruded over braided stainless steel cable, provide flexibility to accommodate troughing conveyors or crowned pulleys. DuraStainless pins, built on solid stainless wire core, help prevent ripple. Diameters range from .065–.125 in.

May 28, 2003 With 6 steel top-plate fastener segments under vulcanized-on rubber top cover, 190V Flexco® Bolt Solid Plates install as single pieces over 6 Quick-Fitâ„¢ bottom plates. Plates are pre-assembled with Piloted Bolts and clip for one-hand insertion. Splice cover is equipped with 1/8 in. thick layer of natural rubber, with 65-durometer hardness. Working temperature is -40 to +180°F. Flexibility between plates allows splice to conform to belt troughing angles.
