Featuring 15 x 15 in. platen size, Triton Series includes high end controls for pressure and temperature ramping. PLC controller offers 3 in. touch screen and stores up to 10 programs. Operator controls include 2 clamp close buttons, clamp open, emergency stop, and power on/off. Guards include manual hinged front with magnetic safety switch interlock, sheet metal wrap that can be removed for maintenance access, and expanded metal windows.

Model 18:30S can provide over 10,000 lbf on large format (18 x 30 in.), Silverstone-coated sealing platen. In addition to PLC for temperature, dwell time, and pressure management, sealer includes standard secondary IR thermal sensing that provides packaging engineers with platen temperature information needed during validation. Optional Direct Force Sensing System provides reading of force (lbf) exerted by tray sealer press against seal tooling on every stroke.

Achieving 150 prints/min in 5.2 x 8.1 in. frame, Model 40/25 CL offers print area of 1˝ x 1 in. and can be integrated with host equipment including primary labelers, form-fill-seal systems, thermoformers, and overwrapping systems. Foil indexing system minimizes foil waste, while quick-change foil magazine cuts downtime associated with ribbon re-threading. Coder is suited for printing expiration dates, product identification information, lot-batch numbers, and company logos.

Suited for use in quality control applications, manual and programmable Laboratory Platen Presses models are available in vacuum and multi-daylight configurations. Compact, ergonomically designed products have integrated heated and coolant platens, max temperature of 572°F, temperature accuracy of ±39.2°F, 7 7/8 in. stroke, 5-100 ton press force, and compressed air connection for removing water out of platens after cooling.
