Capable of processing 8 x 8 x 1 in. angles, APS-2063 Towermaster provides 112 tons of punching power with max hole diameter of 1½ in. With triple tool punching in each leg of angle iron, users can process up to 3 different sizes and shapes in each piece of material with no need for tool change. Machine offers automated material loading and staging areas, high-speed material approach of 300 fpm, 506 ton shearing capacity, and part stamping system capable of holding over 30 characters.

Sep 24, 2002 Operating on 110 V power, Porta-Fab 45 incorporates 45-ton punch with 4¼ in. throat depth. Unit's 3-in-1 tool includes flat bar shear that can shear 3 x 3 x 5/16 in. at 90° and 2 x 2 x ¼ in. at 45° and ¾ in. rod shear. Its tool table accepts optional tooling such as 8 and 12 in. Press Brakes, Pipe Notchers, Rectangular Notcher, and Picket Tool Attachment. Portable unit has bushed pivot points, hydraulic system with electric valve, stroke control, and remote foot pedal. |
