For roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing, CoroMill 176 covers gear profile sizes from 4-6. With standard carbide inserts for gear profiles according to DIN3972-2, tool is custom-made for specific profiles with addendum modification and protuberance. CoroMill 176 is registered as Quality class B in accordance with DIN3968 and uses iLock interface for precision and stability.

Designed for workpieces up to 2,700 mm dia, multi-axis Model VTC 2500H combines gear hobbing and milling with turning, drilling, threading, and contouring capabilities. Used to grind internally toothed ring gears, ZI20A optimizes grinding speed (sliding velocity) via barrel-shaped and multi-threaded grinding wheel, made of cubic boron nitride (cBN), attached to main spindle. Model RZ 1000 features gearless planetary drive and workspindle with deviation of less than 0.3 arc-sec peak to peak.
