Continuously operating at speeds up to 35 trays/min, servo-based S Series TF200 forms triangulated corners and other specialized corner post style trays suitable for retail ready display. System can create rollover display windows simultaneously with tray forming. S Series TF-350, continuously operating at speeds up to 30 trays/min, automatically forms common footprint rollover or laminated side trays. With changeover, machine can also form MUB style trays.

Built with safety interlocked Lexan windows, tray erector has welded steel construction and Allen-Bradley controller.
