Self-contained Smartline(TM) Y Track Spinner Hanger Machine consists of blast cabinet built from welded steel frame with internal lining of ¼ in. manganese steel plating on blast side and opposing wall. Vertical bucket elevator, driven by 1.5 hp gear motor, transfers abrasive media from lower hopper. Two trolley hangers, which can each handle loads of 1,100 lb, allow for one trolley to load outside machine while other is used in blasting cycle.

Equipped with teach-in joystick and SpinCAD(TM) CNC programming software, Model SP-7260 features 60 hp spindle with speed range of 3-300 rpm/12-1,200 rpm and 4-station automatic turret designed to handle multiple spinning and machining operations. Material capacity is .375 in. mild steel, .250 in. stainless steel, and .500 in. aluminum. With SpinCAD software, programs can be developed, saved, and edited for future use without having to re-teach part.

Spincoat G3 Series incorporates microprocessor-based, closed loop servomotor control for speed regulation. Units include 8, 12, and 15 in. bowl models in 3 enclosure sizes. Eight in. model is available in non-programmable and programmable versions, while 12 and 15 in. models are available as programmable units only. Programmable units can store and execute 30 programs having up to 20 individual steps each, and are controllable in 1.0 rotation increments and 0.1 sec timing increments.
