Series 3000, 6 in. capacity Model 310HV4 Universal Angle Roll features horizontal layout and double pinch geometry which allows prebending on both ends of material. Suited for use in machine pit, 6 x 8 x 7 ft unit has articulated overhead pendant control arm with joysticks and hydraulic drive train with infinitely variable speed rotation. Machine has 2 LED digital displays to monitor bending roll positions and 6 LED displays to monitor lateral material guide positions.

Featuring 72 x 96 in. footprint, Model M10-H3-R includes programmable control system and diagnostics for machine maintenance. Tube end forms that require both end forming and roll forming processes can be completed without staging of materials between processes. Model M10-H3-R can also be designed with 6-position end form station for tube end forms that require components to be assembled onto tube before rolling processes.

Available in widths from 44-134 in., AC-driven SLC (SLiding Carriage) Series employs pneumatic cylinders for controlling winding force and is capable of winding rolls on 3 or 6 in. cores. Finished roll unloading system is independent from winding transfer cycle sequence, while roll carts and shaft handling are available to add automation. Offered in monolayer or coextrusion formats, GLOBALINE® produces sheet from materials such as PP, PS, PET, and polylactic acid in widths of 40 or 60 in. It can be configured for production outputs between 650-3,900 lb/hr. Design includes linear bearing mounted frame infrastructure; pivoting extruder base via hydraulic jacking system, simplifying screw removal/maintenance; and touchscreen controls. Available in NPE version for inline thermoforming or full-length for producing roll stock.

Model R-M55H utilizes single pinch hydraulic adjustment for bending variety of materials. Bending speed can be adjusted through variable speed, thermal overload protected Siemens inverter drive system coupled to direct drive gearbox, and independent operator station features programmable digital readout of roll position for accurate, repeatable bends. Hardened segment rolls are included along with adjustable guide rolls to assist with coiling operations.

Eliminating need for cardboard tube core, NO.EL Coreless Rewinder II enables winding of stretch film material into standard-sized roll so stretch film supports roll's structure. System operates offline and delivers standard rolls for automatic and manual wrapping applications. For automatic feeding, internal reel diameter is 3 in., with 3,600-4,800 ft of material supported, while for manual applications, minimum diameter of 1.5 in. and above, and 600-1,640 ft of material, is supported.

Able to operate in horizontal or vertical position, CE100 has solid steel frame fitted with conical roller bearings on all shafts. For driving power and bending speed up to 20 fpm, unit features separate drive motors for each drive shaft, which are coupled to oil-filled reduction gearboxes. Center roll is hydraulically positioned using joystick control, digital readout monitors center roll position, and programmable control allows for multiple programs and infinite passes.
