Oct 02, 2012 Designed as attachment to GT Series rotary broach holder, rotary broaching brake can be used to hold orientation for single or multiple parts. Hardware consists of standard screws and nuts that can be replaced. Brake mounts to tool holder using set screws, and additional screws are included at opening of brake to gently tighten against spindle. When broach is engaged with part, brake is loose enough to allow spindle to turn without interfering with broaching operation.

Nov 21, 2001 Karl Klink ARS 2000 automatic Broach Sharpening Machine features grinding head with 2-axis capabiltiy to provide positioning for resharpening round, flat, and helical broaches. All axes are driven by maintenance-free SERVO 3-phase motors. Axis position is controlled by HEIDENHAIN glass scales which continually calculate grinding head position. Broach carrier slide utilizes roller bearings guided in V-type flat guidance mechanism.
