Apr 03, 2008 Model 620CB Air Chuck features precision MT-5 adapter and diesel fuel injection nozzles for OD profile grinding on Tschudin Anglehead grinder. Device has sub-jaws and carbide ball nose shafts mounted on No. 15 taper sleeves. Carbide shafts run concentric to 1/10,000 TIR. Pull down inserts repeat to 1/10,000 TIR and grip nozzle/center base and pull nozzle seat onto nose shaft.

Replaceable aluminum top plate covers surface of vacuum chuck to allow drilling through and milling around periphery of workpieces without damaging surface of vacuum chuck. Six different stops mount to center of chuck for positive axial location. For C.V. clamping, Special 7 in. counterbalanced diaphragm chuck has 3 pull down fingers.
