Steel shaft collars are machined from AISI 1018 steel and allow users to create custom components including lever arms and adjustable sprocket mounts. Collars are suitable for custom fabricating in mechanical and structural components such as brackets and supports. Available in standard 1 and 2 piece styles as well as sizes ranging from ¼ to 6 in. I.D. Optional customization can be supplied up to 16 in. I.D.

Suited for machinery or static applications, U-Clip shaft collars hold reels and tools in place on hardened or non-hardened shafts. Quick release, one-piece units are hand installed and have holding force of 55-80 lb depending on U-Clip size. They are available in 10, 12, 15, 16, 20, and 22 mm sizes, and feature spring loaded release plate that permits slide on/off action.
