Apr 30, 2002 MicroCoat(R) lubrication method gives can makers control over amount of oil applied to pull tabs. It lowers lubricant use and reduces residual oil that can migrate from tabs and lids into can contents. It has precision spray valves that use low volume, low pressure (LVLP) air to coat pull tab stock with fine film of oil that keeps dies sharp, eliminates pressroom mist and puddles, and minimizes VOC Levels. Pneumatic controller regulates valve operation.

Mar 06, 2002 Models 205 and 215 Multiline Pumps have high operating pressures and may be used as central pump in medium to large progressive systems. Both work in temperatures from -48 to 176 deg F, pump oil or grease up to NLGI #3, and have optional ultrasonic level control. Pumps include housing with motor, reservoir with stirring paddle, and pump element. Model 205 is available with 1-5 pump elements, while 215 has 1-15 pump elements.

Feb 12, 2002 MicroCoat uses low volume low pressure (LVLP) air to apply lubricant as fine film to reduce oil consumption by as much 70%. Compact, low-maintenance spray valves fit in tight press areas, and can be mounted in any position above or below stock. Valves coat every square in. of metal with fine, consistent film of oil, eliminating mist, dripping, or waste. System offers individual flow controls for up to 4 valves.

Nov 19, 2001 MicroCoat Lubrication System ensures that stock is always coated with even film of oil. It uses precision spray valves and LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) air to apply consistent coat of oil without dry spots, dripping or waste. Valve operation is regulated with pneumatically operated controller. Individual flow controls allow each valve's output to be adjusted independently and provide control over amount of oil applied.
