The ebro(TM) FOM 200 consists of 316Ti stainless steel probe, and sensor comprised of gold and ceramics that measures polar parts in oil in range of 0% for fresh oil and up to 35% for used oil. Device can store several types of oils in memory. It has resolution of 1% and typical accuracy of ±5%. Oil measuring range is 68-428°F and oil temperature range is 284-392°F, typically used for deep-frying. Product comes in food-grade, ABS case rated to IP68.
