Rupture Disc Assembly relieves pressure of process media.

Rupture Disc Assembly relieves pressure of process media.

Continental Disc Corporation    Liberty, MO 64068
Mar 19, 2014 Threaded into pressure system, single-use WMP™ (Welded Muffled Plug) Rupture Disc Assembly relieves pressure of process media in over pressure condition to protect equipment, personnel, and environment. Solid metal tension acting rupture disc is welded to threaded outlet body and inlet ring for bubble-tight seal. Outlet body has hexagon shape head, and 6 holes in side of hexagon reduce reaction forces after rupture disc has burst.

Continental Disc Corporation    Liberty, MO 64068
May 29, 2013 HPX-Ta™ Tantalum semicircular scored reverse acting rupture disc is designed for use in corrosive media such as bromine, chlorine, HCL, nitric acid, or sulfuric acid. Holder corrosion resistance can be enhanced by Tantalum lining or coating of holder inlet and/or Tantalum coating of holder outlet. Also available, HPX® Rupture Disc comes in 1–3 in. sizes with burst pressures up to 2,000 psig. Both products are compatible with HPX® Insert, HPX-PT®, or HPX Double Disc holders.

FIKE Corp.    Blue Springs, MO 64015 4263
Apr 14, 2010 Made of 316 stainless steel, TQ+ Disc Holders allow rupture discs to be installed and torqued to recommended static load levels with proper clamping of rupture disc within assembly. Units come in standard sizes from 1-6 in. with serrated gasket faces per ANSI B16.5, and DiscLoc(TM) locator, which helps prevent inverted disc installation. Holders can be installed in multiple international flange rating configurations, including ANSI, JIS, DIN, and ISO.

Rupture Disc Assembly operates within switchgear housings.

Continental Disc Corporation    Liberty, MO 64068
Jul 10, 2009 Featuring 90% operating ratio and solid metal design for corrosion resistance, Switchgear Overpressure Bursting Disc protects personnel and equipment from arcing faults, which may generate unsafe internal sulfur hexafluoride gas pressure. In event of internal arc fault, disc relieves internal pressure before it exceeds design limit of compartment. Any discharges are then directed away from locations where personnel may be present.

Disc Assembly is designed for hydraulic braking systems.

Continental Disc Corporation    Liberty, MO 64068
Jul 10, 2009 Designed for hydraulic braking systems and yaw brake controls of wind turbines, rupture disc assembly provides leak-free overpressure relief for control valve/hydraulic accumulator system. It protects equipment from damage and down time in event of overpressure conditions. Disc assembly is available in wide range of sizes, materials, and burst pressure ratings for use in wind turbine protection applications.
