Rupture Panel ensures bucket elevators operate safely.Elfab Limited
Tyne & Wear NE29 8SD United Kingdom
May 07, 2007
Lift-Gard provides venting and rupture notification to guard against damage caused by explosions in bucket elevators transporting powder and bulk solids. Made of stainless steel, flat venting system combines integral frame and Flo-Tel(TM) detection device in one unit. If Flo-Tel(TM) detects initial explosion inside elevator shaft, it automatically switches off elevator motors to reduce risk of further explosion and stop elevator operation with open explosion vents.

Bursting Disk features fail-safe design.Oseco, Inc., A Halma Group Co.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012-1449
Feb 22, 2007
Available in 316 SS, nickel, Inconel, and Monel, forward-acting, 24 in. FAS Disk is non-fragmenting, keeping disk pieces from entering piping system in event of disk burst. Unit can withstand full vacuum and will operate at up to 90% of stamped rating. Scored portion of disk is placed away from process, preventing product buildup and making it suited for sanitary applications. Non-torque sensitive design eliminates need for pre-torqued rupture disk holders.

Pressure Relief Assembly prevents leakage problems.Elfab Limited
Tyne & Wear NE29 8SD United Kingdom
Sep 01, 2005 Designed to prevent environmental contamination in severe process conditions, Double-Disc Opti-Gard comprises primary and secondary rupture discs, as well as pressure gauge or switch to monitor space between discs. In event of chemical attack causing pinholing of primary disc, back-up prevents pollution of environment, while intermediate pressure sensor warns maintenance teams. Disc is corrosion-resistant Hastelloy C267 and features ±5% tolerance. |
Rupture Disk/Sensor provides sanitary pressure relief.Oseco, Inc., A Halma Group Co.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012-1449
Apr 11, 2005 Offered in sizes from 1–4 in., Model S-PRO-S combines bursting disk and sensor into single assembly with range of burst pressures from 16–150 psig. When disk bursts, sensor’s circuit is broken, triggering activation of alarm. Placement of sensor and disk scoring on vent side present smooth surface to process, minimizing product build up. Non-fragmenting design prevents contamination from rupture disk pieces entering process after bursting. |
Rupture Disks feature vacuum support design.Oseco, Inc., A Halma Group Co.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012-1449
Dec 23, 2004 For processes that operate under vacuum conditions, rupture disks with vacuum support ensure that disk does not collapse under differential back-pressure and operates correctly. One-piece vacuum support eliminates potential failure sites and has smooth design that reduces accumulation. Rupture disks are suited for agricultural/bulk powder, aerospace, chemical, gas, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and power applications. |
Rupture Disk Holder withstands corrosive conditions.Oseco, Inc., A Halma Group Co.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012-1449
Dec 23, 2004 Fluoropolymer-booted insert holder is constructed with solid PTFE resin insert pressed into inner diameter of stainless steel holder. When used with fluoropolymer lined rupture disk, only fluoropolymer is in contact with corrosive media.
