Jul 18, 2006 Offering flow rates up to 29 scfm, Air Amp(TM) AA-160 can achieve pneumatic pressures from 100-300 psi with 60-150 psi air drive pressure. Unit features aerospace PTFE-based dynamic seals and aircraft quality aluminum components. It is suited for demanding applications where pneumatic line pressure at point of use is inadequate or where greater force is required in air cylinder or actuator than line pressure can provide.

Oct 10, 2005 Offered in aluminum or 316 SS, Type 6000 provides 1-to-1 signal-to-output relay, that when used with positioner/actuator, increases stroking speed of control valves. Integral bypass valve provides system stability while allowing normal positioner airflow and normal valve actuation with small input changes. Max signal pressure of 150 psig to volume booster provides output pressure up to 150 psig with flow capacity of 115 scfm. Temperature limits are -40 to 160°F.

Sep 16, 2005 EDA Series eliminates oil migration in applications using all inert gases. Design includes separation and only requires cleaning in order to use it for oxygen service. With inlet pressure from 750-2,600 psi, products provide max outlet pressure of 5,000 psi. Dual-stage configuration permits higher gas flow rates with inlet pressures as low as 450 psi. Able to start under load, products feature 1.5 hp electric motor as standard, pressure gauges, and variable pressure setting controls.

Nov 04, 2002 Available in 1- and 2-stage models, portable nitrogen booster systems include automatic stop feature (activated when gas supply pressure drops to minimum inlet rating). Turnkey systems can be operated by one person. Designed to operate from one gas source, regulator with gauge operates boosters' drive sections at pressures to 145 psi. Single stage models are for use in nitrogen charging to 3,000 psi; 2-stage models are for use in charging to 6,000 psi.

Jul 10, 2002 Lubrication-free Oxygen Booster System has automatic controls for unattended operation and may be set for pre-selected outlet pressure to 5,000 psi. No electrical connection is required. Oxygen chamber is sealed and vented for hydrocarbon-free operation. Booster features high-pressure safety relief, isolation and vent valves, and stainless steel tubing and fittings.

Jun 24, 2002 DPA air-to-air booster employs dual piston technology and has no oil or liquid to contaminate operating area. It accepts shop air and generates increase at output. Unit comes in 63 and 100 mm bore sizes and can be operated without air lubrication system, however filtered air supply (5 microns) is required. Input pressure is 2 to 8 bar and 2 to 10 bar, respectively. Size 63 mm will produce up to 16 bar output for 10 bar input at 625 Nl/min.

May 28, 2002 Mini breathing air booster systems produce output pressures to 4,500 psi and are suitable for applications that utilize multi-stage mechanical compressor with purification and storage cylinders. They are oil-free and require no lubrication. Max systems are designed for fire departments that utilize pure air in 2,200 psi cylinders. Select systems allow pump-down of supply cylinder to 150 psi, as output is boosted to 5,000 psi.

May 01, 2002 Compact Air-to-Air Booster operates on air pressure alone to amplify input pressure 2:1. Outlet air pressure up to 250 psi is possible. Applications include fixtures and tooling that have already been designed, but it is later determined that actuators are providing insufficient force. Booster can be installed to amplify input pressure and supply required power. Units have hard-coat anodized, PTFE-impregnated components for corrosion and wear resistance.

Apr 15, 2002 CDF Series combination vacuum pump and cup generates high vacuum flow suitable for picking up light, porous objects such as open celled foam, fabric, fibrous paper products, and stenciled or screen printed circuit boards. It operates on Coanda Effect, where small volume of compressed air is converted into large flow of ambient air. Amplifiers are available in 7 standard models with internal bores from 1/8 to 2 in., and vacuum flows from 6 to 350 scfm.
