Transportable gas bottle mounted charging system hooks on to gas bottle to boost gas (nitrogen, inert gases, oxygen) to 4,350 psig max. One source drives and feeds booster system, which accepts inlet pressures to 3,000 psi. Solution includes adjustable 1,450-4,350 psig automatic shut-off, CGA connection, and hose. Operating on Coanda effect, airflow amplifiers provide up to 40:1 ratio of ambient air to compressed air to generate high vacuum flow and high exhaust flow. In-field adjustability lets operators set airflow, velocity, force, and direction for specific application while minimizing air consumption. Made of anodized aluminum, products have no moving parts and require no electricity. There are 9 standard models, from 1/8-2.0 in. ID, with vacuum flows from 4-330 scfm.

DPA air-to-air booster employs dual piston technology and has no oil or liquid to contaminate operating area. It accepts shop air and generates increase at output. Unit comes in 63 and 100 mm bore sizes and can be operated without air lubrication system, however filtered air supply (5 microns) is required.
