Protective plastic insert prevents topping off of unfiltered operating fluid via breather, which is compatible with commercial industrial hydraulic fluids.

Tester is calibrated in inches of water and will activate, providing visual indication, when vacuum equivalent of 15 in. of water is reached. ABC can be reset by push of button and used repeatedly.
