Non-Desiccant Resin Dryer targets medical molders.

Novatec, Inc.    Baltimore, MD 21225
May 29, 2012 Specifically designed for processing small quantities of material up to 5 lb/hr, Model NDM-5 utilizes compressed air and proprietary membrane, instead of dusty desiccant beads, to draw moisture out of polymers. Materials can be changed by removing integral glass hopper and replacing it with spare hopper containing another material. To operate, user turns dryer on and sets temperature on microprocessor control, which is equipped with 12 ft long pendant for remote mounting.

Membrane Dryer is suited for automotive industry.

La-Man Corp.    Port Orange, FL 32127
Jun 03, 2009 Designed for inline maintenance, AMD-035 SuperStar Membrane Dryer provides ultra-clean and ultra-dry compressed air. Dew point is lowered 20°F or more by continuously removing water vapor and venting into surrounding atmosphere, while contaminant- and particle-free air is ensured via coalescing filter integrated within pre-filtration system. Also, automatic float drain allows for discharge of moisture from Extractor/Dryer® while preventing any system air loss.

Air Dryers lower dewpoint without moving parts or electricity.

Parker Hannifin Corporation    Cleveland, OH 44124
May 19, 2008 Suited for use in flammable and hazardous environments where explosions or fires are of concern, Balston IT Series Membrane Air Dryers produce dewpoint of 35°F and lower while removing all other compressed air contaminants down to 0.01 micron. Wall-mountable and explosion-proof units, used to dehydrate and purify compressed air, offer flow rates up to 100 scfm and are shipped with prefilters, auto drains, and membrane modules.

Parker Hannifin Corporation    Cleveland, OH 44124
May 01, 2007 RequBalston® IT Series Membrane Air Dryers provide pure, dry compressed air at dewpoint of 35°F and flow rates from 1 to 50 scfm. They remove all compressed air contaminants down to 0.01 micron in size. Without any moving parts, units come with prefilters, auto drains, and membrane modules, and require no electricity.

Air Dryer offers alternative to refrigerant technology.

Parker Hannifin Corporation    Cleveland, OH 44124
Jan 23, 2002 Balston Membrane Air Dryer will dry compressed air to dewpoints as low as -40°F at flow rates up to 100 SCFM. It has no moving parts and operates without attention. Coalescing prefiltration is employed immediately upstream of membranes to protect them from pipe scale, particulate, and liquids. Dryer requires no electrical connections, which makes it ideal for remote and point-of-use installations or for flammable and explosive applications.
