Jan 23, 2003 Steel Indexing Plungers offer maximum heat tolerance of 110°C. Plunger pin is hardened and ground steel while removable knob is matte black, glass filled, reinforced plastic. Threaded spindle version is also offered, which can accommodate different knob or be linked directly to operating mechanism. Plungers are suitable for applications where welding or resin bonding is favored.

Able to accept standard or custom attachments, hardened steel plungers (45 to 50 Rc) can also be used directly, such as in indexing applications. Retractable CPR Series allows smooth slide operation. Plungers are made of carbon steel with bright nickel finish, and are pressed into outer frame for permanent attachment. Knurled head aids in gripping plunger to operate mechanism. Plunger pin snaps into mating hole in inner frame when aligned. Pin dia is 0.250 in.
