Design engineers can specify all critical dimensions in metric and inch sizes, including head heights, lengths, shanks, and diameters in very fine increments, as well as OD tolerances.

Four versions are available: single sided with stainless steel ball and stainless steel spring, single sided with plastic ball and stainless steel spring, single sided with black oxide finish steel ball and elasticized plastic spring, and double sided with black oxide finish steel ball and elasticized plastic spring.

Nov 09, 2004 Designed to facilitate hard turning, Neidlein hard-coated drive pins mount around face driver to reduce or eliminate part slippage and scrapped parts. If slippage occurs, pins can be used again. Given proper parameters, products achieve circular run outs of less than 0.002 mm in long production runs. They work with proprietary SB/FSB and FFB face drivers as well as special application face drivers for hard turning. Pins also work with other brands.

Available in light, standard, or heavy-duty end pressures, pins are zinc-plated hardened steel or Delrin plastic. Versions with NBR/perbunan rubber seal are gold-passivated and those without seal are silver-passivated.
