Dec 27, 2001 LPT-522 magnet wire termination machine inserts MAG-MATE terminals into coil-wound components found in motors, stators, bobbins, and other magnet wire applications. It is capable of producing up to 600 assemblies per hour, and can perform up to 2 secondary operations such as continuity testing, wrap-off post trim, and tab bending. Machine handles in-line, radial and linear/angularly opposed insertion cavities.
