Digital Ultrasonic Generator features 6,000 W capacity.Herrmann Ultrasonics, Inc.
Bartlett, IL 60103
Nov 08, 2011
Targeting automation integrators, Digital Ultrasonic Generator amplifies incoming electrical voltage to high frequency signal, which is passed to converter to create frictional heat during ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic material. External voltage fluctuations and temperature changes do not affect output, resulting in stable welding process. Internal signal generating adjustments are accomplished with software, while integrated heat sink interface enables optimal cooling.
