Optimized for extended life in voice and data applications, RJ11 and RJ45 connectors are available with EPP-918A protective compound that shields gold-plated contacts from corrosive elements and wear due to line cord insertion/reinsertion. Compound provides pore blocking and lubricating properties in addition to moisture, humidity, dirt, and chemical resistance. Offered in shielded/unshielded version with 1-12 ports, vertical and right-angle connectors operate from -40 to +85°C.

With maximum current rating of 2 A per contact, Minitek(TM) 2.00 mm pitch modular connector systems include PCB receptacles, slim-line and shrouded headers, crimp-to-wire housings and terminals, unshrouded headers, and IDC receptacles. They are available in surface-mount and through-hole double-row versions in either straight or right angle orientation from 4-50 positions.

Right-angle, Type C ERmet THR Connectors offer 55 signal contacts on 25 mm modules and are suited for fully automatic, surface mount placement of plug-in cards. Units are available with or without metal shield, but are not equipped with pre-alignment pins. High-temperature resistant thermoplastic insulating body allows manufacturers to use connectors in all SMT soldering processes.
