They combine 45 mW max optical output with 90 mA typ operating current. Optimized Multi Quantum Well (MQW) and waveguide structure results in beam circularity ratio of 2.1. While HL6362MG requires negative power supply, HL6363MG requires positive power supply. Both are lead (Pb)-free and RoHS-compliant.
