With package height of 0.157 in. that enables parallel board stacking, RM Series features 3 I/O options (4/2, 4/4, 4/1 in-/outputs) on rugged thermoset epoxy overmolded FR-4 substrate. Capable of switching beyond 3 GHz with less than 40 ps rise time, relay switches into range of operations. Leadless SMT design eliminates skewing and co-planarity concerns. Short BGA terminals allow short signal path which makes relay suitable for RF applications and reflow up to 260°C.

Measuring 15.2 x 3.8 x 6.6 mm, MS Series Micro SIL Reed Relay has 1 GHz flat bandwidth making it suitable for use in ATE systems, medical applications, and security systems. Device is capable of switching up to 10 W with individual maximums of 1.0 A and 200 V. Coil to switch isolation is minimum of 1,500 Vdc with minimum dielectric strength of 250 Vdc across contacts. Housed in 0.270 x 0.150 x 0.385 in. package, 1A Series 9117 Reed Relays incorporate external magnetic shield to minimize interaction of relays when mounted in close proximity to each other. Raised height allows for reduction in width, producing smaller footprint with pins on 0.06 in. pitch grid.
