Featuring layered construction that utilizes DMX resin, films offer pencil hardness rating of 1H as well as impact, chemical, saltwater, and isopropanol resistance. Odorless, non-outgassing product contains no VOCs and features volume resistivity of 109 ohm-cm and dielectric strength of 225 V/mil at room temperature. Curing is accomplished by air-drying at room temperature for 1-2 hr then step curing for 1 or 2 hr at 200°F and 350°F, respectively.

Mar 24, 2005 Pyro-Putty™ 677 single-part, water-dispersed, alumina-silica based adhesive and coating system is suited for electrical insulation and bonding applications to 2,400°F. Thixotropic product is supplied in paste consistency with viscosity of 43,000 cps and specific gravity of 2.17 g/cc.
