They can be fabricated with Insert Mold Decoration graphics and be thermoformed to greater than or equal to 35 mm draw depth.

Curing is accomplished by air-drying at room temperature for 1-2 hr then step curing for 1 or 2 hr at 200°F and 350°F, respectively.
