Oct 15, 2003 Cozy-Legs upright panel provides thermostatically-controlled heat to feet and legs and can be safely used anywhere without risk of overheating or fires. Neutral-finish steel panel, measuring 22 x 16 x 1 in., draws 100 W, 0.9 A and is ETL-listed. Eight foot cord plugs into any 110 V outlet. Panel can be mounted to wall or inside desk panel with adhesive mounting tabs. Optional stand allows portability, and Hi-Lo-Off switch provides fingertip control.
