Comprised of 3 independent modules, Automatic DFC-3000 (Digital Flow Control) functions as central manifold for all incoming gases in automated plasma cutting and works with 100, 200, and 300 A models of Ultra-Cut system. First module (TSC-3000) has touchscreen controller and USB port and saves programs for future use. Second module (DMC-3000) has 7 inputs and 5 outputs for gas use, while third module (DPC-3000) maintains/controls gas flows and pressures needed to optimize cutting.

Sigma Air Manager (SAM) balances service hours, prevents simultaneous motor starts, and maintains pressure control.
