Series TSOP75xxxW ultra-miniature SMD IR receivers include 2 photodiodes and metal EMI shielding in package with 2.35 mm profile. Lens-less products offer irradiance from 0.3-0.7 mW/m2 over wide angle of ±75°. Operating from supply current of 0.35 mA typical at 3.3 V, units have supply voltage range of 2.5-5.5 V and operate over carrier frequency of 30-56 kHz. They are insensitive to supply voltage and ripple noise and offer immunity against ambient light.

TSOP75xxx series features 2 photo detectors and preamplifier in one 3.0 mm-profile package with 2 epoxy lenses designed as IR filter, which has frequency range optimized for reducing emissions from plasma displays.
