Audio Multiplexers use digital processing techniques.Communications Specialties, Inc.
Hauppauge, NY 11788
May 14, 2003 Pure Digital FiberlinkŪ 4160 and 4320 support 16 and 32 line level audio channels, respectively, and transmit over single mode or multimode fiber. Optional optical redundancy feature allows continuous operation should fault occur. Both systems feature 20 Hz-20 kHz bandwidth, 24-bit sampling rate of 96 kHz, and max audio level greater than +20 dBm. They are compatible with analog line level audio sources and operate over wide temperature range using 95-250 Vac power. |
Audio Multiplexer sends and receives signals up to 37 miles.International Fiber Systems, Inc.
Newtown, CT 06470
Jun 19, 2002 Series AT/AR7400 20-bit, four-channel, digital multiplexer allows two stereo or four monaural audio signals to be digitally encoded and transmitted on one optical fiber. Quality of signal is maintained under all optical conditions through maximum optical path loss of 20 dB. Medium-haul performance has 80 dB signal to noise ratio and operating temperature range of -40 to +74°C. |
