Foams meet low out-gassing standards.Zotefoams Inc.
Walton, KY 41094
May 20, 2008
Manufactured from ultra-pure Kynar PVDF polymer in process that uses only inert nitrogen gas to expand polymer sheet, ZOTEK® F Foams are in lowest risk category for out-gassing of VOCs and ammonia. Polymer resins are recognized by semiconductor, biotech, and medical industries as having very low extractables that migrate from resin matrix, as well as optimal flammability properties and resistance to chemicals and UV light.

PVDF Foam is approved to FM Global 4910 standards.Zotefoams Inc.
Walton, KY 41094
May 15, 2008
Featuring FM Global 4910 cleanroom materials flammability test approval, ZOTEK® F 42 HT LS is recommended for use sealing and insulation applications where low smoke release and flame propagation is required in case of fire. It can be used over -48 to +155°C range, during which material maintains its ductility and resilience. Closed-cell nature allows for cutting and installing in clean environments without particulating, and material exhibits low out-gassing of VOCs.
