Non-electrical bench or wall mounted units require less than 1 ft² of bench space and can supply over 100 evaporator nozzle positions. Nitrogen is produced by utilizing combination of filtration and membrane separation technologies, and coalescing filters remove all contaminants down to 0.01 micron.

Low-pressure nitrogen prevents any possibility of toxic or hazardous process gases leaking into atmosphere. Units can be equipped with dual filtration system, Balston air dryers for dew point suppression of feed air, and local nitrogen boosters to charge high-pressure cylinders on same cabinet skids.

Modules can be added to main unit if additional output capacity is required. Generators offer flow rates from 20–120 scfm with nitrogen gas purities from 95–99.5%. All models include prefilters, carbon tower, membrane filter, and built-in oxygen monitor.
