Chip basket holds approximately 1.6 cu-ft of chips when full, and polypropylene liner provides 50 micron nominal filtration while vacuuming fluids from sump. When vacuuming is complete, chip basket is removed from machine with hoist to discard collected chips and swarf. |

Dec 04, 2003 Portable Model 50-C treats water-based coolants in individual machine sumps. Suction strainer, pump, and coalescer mount on portable platform and are served by Ruddy Duck Deep Skimmer that is placed on coolant surface. Top ½ in. of contaminated coolant is removed (free oil and cream phases), and delivered to coalescer for oil separation. System operates unattended and treats in sump, at sump, in central tank, or any combination of these modes. |
