Jul 25, 2002 Available in gun-grade cartridges and sausage packs, Chem-Calk® 2000 one-Part, solvent-free, multi-function sealant has 30 minute skin time. Its cures at 77°F with 50% relative humidity to 1/4 in. thickness in 24 to 36 hours. After 14 days of full cure, it provides resistance to ozone, ultra-violet light exposure, heat, and aging. Product offers tensile strength of 260 psi, modulus rating of 88 psi at 100% elongation, and 33 Shore A hardness value. |
