Accuracy is ±3° over full -55 to +125°C range and ±2° from -25 to +100°C. Supply voltage range is 2.7-5.5 V, operating current is 75 µA (typ) at 3.3 V, and standby current is 1 µA max in shutdown mode. Power-up defaults enable standalone operation as thermostat, and both temperature and hysteresis values are programmable.
