Temperature Regulator needs no gaskets.Jordan Valve, Div. of Richards Industries, Inc.
Cincinnati, OH 45209 2329
May 16, 2002 Mark 80 uses sealed actuator with stainless steel diaphragm, and does not require bellows. To seal actuator, upper and lower casings and diaphragm are heli-arc welded around circumference to create solid bond, eliminating need for gasket. All sealing surfaces are metal to metal. Sealed, short stroke actuator reacts to smaller temperature changes and needs less time to travel to compensate for temperature variations.
