Power Controllers suit resistance heating applications.

Power Controllers suit resistance heating applications.

Indeeco Controls    St. Louis, MO 63144
Apr 08, 2002 A&B Series Power Controllers are designed with 4 field-selectable inputs: 2200 ohm, 135 ohm, 4-20 mA, and 0-l0 Vdc. They include zero-cross fired sold-state relays and proportional controls with 1 sec time base. Units support applications using up to 600 Vac and 50 amps in 1 or 3 phase (2 leg break) configurations. Applications include duct heaters, immersion heaters, electric boilers, industrial ovens, drying equipment, and parts washing equipment.

Mar 21, 2002 Series 59 microprocessor-based, digital temperature controller has 3-digit LED display for viewing set point from distance. It supports RTD or thermistor inputs, which can be factory preset to 999°F, and provides solid-state driver or mechanical relay outputs. UL-recognized 59 Series utilizes board-level pin connectors and includes 2 to 6 buttons for up/down settings, °F/°C, and timers. Internal diagnostics detect sensor failure.

Mokon Div., Protective Closures LLC    Buffalo, NY 14207
Jan 17, 2002 Microprocessor based 1/16 DIN PID controller provides precise, stable, straight-line control in circulating water temperature control systems. It has autotuning, thermocouple and RTD inputs, programmable soft start, dual LED display of setpoint and liquid temperature, and menu-driven operation. Other applications include temperature control systems in plastics, chemical, packaging, and food processing industries.

Chromalox    Pittsburgh, PA 15238
Dec 27, 2001 MicroTHERM® portable compact hot oil temperature controller is designed for precise control of oil temperatures up to 550°F in 1 package that combines heating, cooling, pump, and control functions. MicroTHERM oil temperature controller produces up to 24 kW, and has one 3 hp centrifugal pump. It incorporates manual cooling for temporary changes, and provides oil connections for 1.5 in. diameter pipes. Water connections are provided for .5 in. pipes.

Redi/Controls, Inc.    Greenwood, IN 46143 1406
Dec 11, 2001 Purge-Guard, for all low-pressure centrifugal chiller purge units, works independently of purge units' purge-fault protection. In the event of problems such as stuck pump-out compressor relay contacts, locked-up microprocessor, or purge unit set in manual mode and accidentally left unsupervised, Purge-Guard prevents accidental pump-out of either liquid or vapor refrigerant.

Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc.    Plymouth, MI 48170-0965
Nov 08, 2001 Integrated Metering and Temperature Control System ensures that robot-applied, single-component sealants or plastisols are applied at controlled flow rate and pre-set temperature. System controls material temperature and dispenses material at variable flow rates according to commands from servo drive. Fully automated for production applications, control system communicates with robots through its DeviceNet interface.
